At Little Blue Theatre Company, our bylaws are more than a legal requirement - they reflect our values of inclusion, transparency, and ethical leadership. They are the backbone of how we work, create, and collaborate with our community.
Little Blue is a tiny company now, but we wanted the foundation of our organization to be built with these principles because one day... we might not be!
We treat our bylaws as a guiding framework, ensuring they actively support the kids, families, and communities we serve. Our bylaws are alive. Intentional.
